A little bit about me….Let’s see, I was born and raised in Tulare, CA. Shortly after graduating from Tulare Union High School, I worked as an Accounting Clerk for Tulare Joint Union High School District for several years, before deciding to go back to school full time. My pursuit for my accounting degree landed me in the beautiful City of San Francisco, where I attended San Francisco State University (SFSU). Their Accounting Program and School of Business, was phenomenal. I truly enjoyed my time in the City, and the SFSU campus is absolutely breathtaking! I must admit, I don’t think I ever enjoyed running a track as much as that of the one located on the SFSU campus.

While attending SFSU, I was home visiting for the Holidays, and I met my husband who is also local to the Valley. As much as I loved my time in the city, with him gearing up for a deployment, I opted to return to the Valley after graduation, so that we could make the most of our time together, and I have been a Visalia native ever since. I love our community and how we all pull together and support small business!

I have been working in Public Accounting since graduating in 2008. During my time in Public Accounting, my early years were spent specializing in taxation, while the latter years, a great big bulk of my time and focus was primarily Non-Profit Audits. I have truly enjoyed the people I’ve had the opportunity to work with, including all the relationships that were built along the way.
